These Bounty Program Terms and Conditions ("Bounty Terms") apply to all bounty programs that Drift Protocol Inc. ("Drift", "we", "us" and "our") offers (together, “Bounty Programs” and each, a “Bounty Program”). A Bounty Program may have additional terms and conditions or rules (the "Rules") that will be posted or otherwise provided to you along with the details of that Bounty Program. The Bounty Terms and Rules for each Bounty Program will govern such Bounty Program and your participation in that Bounty Program. In the event of a conflict between the Bounty Terms and the Rules, the Rules will take precedence. Please read these Bounty Terms and accompanying Rules carefully before you participate in a Bounty Program.

By participating in a Bounty Program, you represent and agree to be bound by the Bounty Terms and the Rules. In order to participate in a Bounty Program offered within the Services (as defined in the Terms & Conditions at https://docs.drift.trade/alpha-mainnet-terms-and-conditions ("Terms and Conditions"), you must agree with the Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy (available at https://docs.drift.trade/privacy-policy) ("Privacy Policy"). If you do not agree with the Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy, then you should immediately stop using or accessing the Services.

1. ELIGIBILITY

To be eligible to participate in the Bounty Program (at the relevant time and date of entry):

• if you are participating in the Bounty Program as an individual, you must be of legal age in the jurisdiction in which you reside and you must have the legal capacity to enter into these Bounty Terms and be bound by them;
• if you are participating in the Bounty Program as an entity, you must have the legal authority to accept these Bounty Program on that entity's behalf, in which case "you" (except as used in this paragraph) will mean that entity;
• you must not be a resident, national, or agent of Crimea and Sevastopol, Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Sudan, Syria, or any other country to which the United States, the United Kingdom or the European Union embargoes goods or imposes similar sanctions (collectively, the "Restricted Territories");
• you must not be a member of any sanctions list or equivalent maintained by the United States government, the United Kingdom government, the European Union, or the United Nations (collectively, the "Sanctions Lists Persons"); and
• you must meet all additional eligibility requirements set forth in the Rules of the Bounty Program.

Further, Drift reserves the right to limit or refuse your eligibility to participate in any Bounty Program for any reason in its sole discretion, including where your participation is prohibited by any domestic or foreign law, rule, statute, regulation, by-law, order, protocol, code, decree, directive, requirement, or guideline that is published or in force that applies to or is otherwise intended to govern or regulate any person, property, transaction, activity, event or other matter, including any rule, order judgement, directive or other requirement or guideline issued by any domestic or foreign federal, provincial or state, municipal, local or other governmental, regulatory, judicial or administrative authority having jurisdiction over Drift, you, the Site (as defined in the Terms and Conditions) or the Services, or as otherwise duly enacted, enforceable by law, the common law or equity (collectively, "Applicable Laws"). If Drift becomes aware of any violation of these Bounty Terms, the Rules, or the Terms and Conditions, Drift may elect to, among other things, (i) prohibit you from using the Services; or (ii) withhold, amend, or cancel the benefits and/or rewards of any Bounty Program.

1. BOUNTY PROGRAM START AND END TIMES AND CONDITIONS

Each Bounty Program will start and end as described in the Rules applicable to such Bounty Program ("Bounty Period"). Engaging in any activity before or after the Bounty Period will not result in receiving any benefits and/or rewards from the Bounty Program. Drift determines in its sole discretion when a Bounty Period is deemed to have started and ended.

1. HOW TO PARTICIPATE

To participate in a Bounty Program, during the Bounty Period, subject to eligibility, you must follow the instructions in the Rules. Drift reserves the right to limit participants based on IP addresses, Solana network addresses, email address, or other factors Drift decides at its sole discretion.
